About Doug Martin

Doug Martin grew up in the farm equipment business.  His dad, Paul started Paul Martin & Sons in 1988 when Doug was just 10 years old.  Doug spent countless hours up through high school helping his dad with the company.  Doug moved away from home to attend college at the University of Toledo and after graduation he got a job with a company in Toledo that made corporate and commercial videos.  Doug moved back to Napoleon in 2006 to rejoin Paul Martin & Sons full-time and commit himself to taking over and growing the business his dad started.

Today, Doug’s role in the company is that of General Manager where he also oversees various departments and takes care of most of the marketing activities. Doug’s vision for the future of the company is to continue growing with the current brands and services Paul Martin & Sons offers and to grow their reputation in a larger market share of Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.

Doug is married to Brienne (who also works at Paul Martin & Sons) and has 3 children.  In his free time he enjoys watching his kids in their various activities, traveling, tinkering with vehicles and fishing.
